New Zealand Newspapers contains the complete text of 19 of New Zealand's most important newspapers, including the three key newspapers The Press, The Dominion Post, and the Sunday Star-Times. All three newspapers are published by Fairfax New Zealand Limited, New Zealand's largest newspaper publishing company.
The Press is a daily (Monday-Saturday) newspaper published in Christchurch. It has the largest circulation and most comprehensive coverage of news in the South Island of New Zealand.
The Dominion Post is a daily (Monday-Saturday) newspaper published in Wellington. It covers major news in the Wellington region as well as in the lower half of the North Island and Auckland through staff located in Palmerston North, Masterton, Hastings and Auckland. The Dominion Post was judged News Zealand's best daily newspaper in the 2002 Quantas Media Awards.
The Sunday Star-Times is produced in Auckland and is New Zealand's leading Sunday newspaper.
