Search results delivered to Customer in computer-readable form remain the property of the individual newsletter publishers indicated in each record. Recipient may use search results in computer-readable form for the following purposes: (a) editing or changing the format of research results to create search terms for use with search files or systems; (b) combining search results with output from other searches; (c) editing the search results to remove irrelevant answers or to change the format of such results. Customer shall not use computer-readable search results as a database or part of a database from which hits are selectively retrieved by programmed search. Material contained in this Database may not be sold, duplicated, redistributed or archived. Customer and/or its employees shall not duplicate, redistribute and/or archive all or a majority of the full-text records from any single issue of any publication. Recipient shall obtain specific written permission for any uses of computer-readable search results other than those listed here and in Dialog's Standard Service Agreement from specific newsletter publishers whose addresses are included in each record.
If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and Dialog's Customer Subscription Agreement, including any additional terms on redistribution and archive uses, the above terms and conditions shall govern. Any other use of the Database without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
