EdgarPlusTM Index serves as the index file to the publications of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other federal regulatory agencies. It includes one record per company, listing all of a company's SEC filings back to 1968. In addition, there are company records with filings from approximately 15 other sources. These include filings from: Broker/Dealers, non-U.S. companies filing at their respective foreign regulatory agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank, and others.
There is a 1 to 10 day lag between the announcement of the filing and the appearance of the full-text document online.
