File Description [top]

IPO Maven provides snapshots of companies that are about to offer public stock offerings (IPOs). Records represent equity public offerings larger than $10 million in U.S. markets. IPO Maven helps to:

  • identify companies that have recently issued public stock offerings
  • track activities in parts of the country where IPO activity is hot
  • find companies that are underwriting IPOs
  • evaluate factors important to future performance

Records also contain an evaluation and investment rating provided for enabling informed decisions on investing. The rating is based on the analysis of the viability of a company's business strategy, use of human financial resources, and the company's valuation. Ratings range from 1 (the highest rating) to 5 (the lowest rating).
