South American Business Information (SABI) is an international news service that covers the South American market and Mexico. SABI provides extensive and comprehensive abstracts of articles from the main business Latin American newspapers. This daily newswire service covers newspapers, business and trade journals from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Mexico.


South American Business Information is contained in two databases: Files 617 and 817. File 617 contains current data beginning in July 1999. File 817 contains archive data spanning from July 1996 through February 1999. OneSearch/DIALINDEX category SABI may be used to begin both files simultaneously; i.e., BEGIN SABI.
