Standard & Poor's Register - Corporate provides important business facts on over 100,000 leading public and private corporations worldwide, including current address, financial and marketing information, and a listing of officers and directors with positions and departments. When available, additional information on the officers and directors is included in Standard & Poor's Register - Biographical database (File 526). Further information on public companies can be found in Standard & Poor's Corporate Descriptions, File 133.

Information is obtained from annual questionnaires completed by the company, telephone inquiries, press releases from the company, and its independent public relations firm, and other Standard & Poor's publications.
