Standard & Poor's Register - Biographical provides extensive personal and professional data on approximately 70,000 key business executives. Most officers and directors included in the file are affiliated with public or private, U.S. or non-U.S. companies with sales of $1 million dollars or more. After an individual is identified, the Standard & Poor's Register - Corporate (File 527) can be searched for company information. Standard & Poor's Register - Biographical file is derived from the printed publication Standard & Poor's Register of Corporations, Directors, and Executives, Volume Two. Information is gathered from annual questionnaires completec by the individuals, company press releases, and other Standard & Poor's publications.

Each biographical reference lists an individual's title and function plus primary and secondary corporate affiliations. Fraternal and professional business associations are included. The database also includes (when reported) personal data for each individual, such as:

• date of birth
• place of birth
• home address
• business address
• educational information (including alma mater, graduate and/or undergraduate colleges)
• years of graduation.
