Companies covered are all those listed in the primary, secondary, and tertiary markets of the London Stock Exchange. Also covered are 2,000 unquoted U.K. companies, and some 2,500 non-U.K. companies. The database provides invaluable information on company profiles, competitive analysis, management and organizational structure, policy, strategy, products, and market position. Most records contain news items about one or more of the following: company name and company codes, share capital data, U.S. SIC codes and descriptions, officers and registration, and principal activities.
