Gale Group Newsearch is a daily-updated file that includes the full text, abstracts, and indexing for the most recent 45 days of updates from nine Gale Group databases - Gale Group Trade & Industry DatabaseTM (File 148), Gale Group Computer Database (File 275), Gale Group Magazine Database (File 47), Gale Group Health & Wellness Database (File 149), Gale Group Legal Resource Index (File 150), Gale Group Management Contents (File 75), Gale Group National Newspaper Index (File 111), Gale Group Newswire ASAP (File 649), and Gale Group Business A.R.T.S. (File 88). The chief advantage of this database is its consolidation of all subjects, providing current awareness in such areas as business, marketing, computers management, health, law, scholarly research, and current events. Standardized fields facilitate searching across all Gale Group databases.

| executive team with three appointments it hopes will bolster its | |

| Mexico, who starts with the dawn of the new year. He has been named | |
| president and general merchandise manager of U.S. Kmart Stores and | |

| Flick spent most of his professional career, which began in | |
| 1966, at Sears. But in 1980, he left for Harper Industries, where | |
| he served as executive vp, apparel merchandising, importing and | |
| manufacturing. In 1984, Flick joined Montgomery Ward as gmm, | |
| women's apparel and footwear, leaving there in 1986 as vp, gmm, | |
| men's and child ren's. When he rejoined Sears in 1988, it was as | |
| group vp, men's and kids'. He capped his career there as | |
| chairman and ceo of Sears Mexico, a position assumed in 1994. | |
