ICONDA - International Construction Database covers worldwide technical literature on civil engineering, urban and regional planning, architecture, and construction. Sources are scanned for ICONDA by international organizations in 14 countries. Sources include over 600 periodicals, books, research reports, conference proceedings, business reports, theses, and non-conventional literature.

ICONDA is sponsored by the International Council for Building Research Studies and Documentation (CIB) and the International Union of Building Centres (UICB).

	`published in Germany and elsewhere in April 1993 with the number EN 998,`
	`Part 1. In the following six-month appeal period the European countries`
	`lodged more than 200 material objections. The deliberations have been in`
	`progress again since then. When can a final European rendering and`
	`plastering mortar standard be expected? The BDM (Federal Association of`
	`German Mortar Industries) has attended the standardization work from the`
	`start. It would like to use the article to keep the manufacturers of the`
	`mortars and of the starting materials informed of the current state of`
	`affairs.`
