File Description [top]

The IHS International Standards and Specifications database comprises two subfiles: STANDARD and MILSPEC. The STANDARD subfile contains references to voluntary engineering standards. It includes 90% of the world's most referenced standards from more than 350 United States domestic societies and nearly 40 non-United States national and international standardizing bodies. The MILSPEC subfile consists of references to the largest commercially available collection of unclassified active and historical United States military and federal specifications and standards.
