Fast Start tutorial workbooks for new users are available. You can also take advantage of beginning and advanced On-Demand Recorded Training Courses, available via Brainshark. In addition, we provide free, self-paced Online Courses that you can take online at your convenience. These courses are designed for DialogWeb and Classic users, beginner to advanced, with versions for searchers in specific industries.
